The Flat + SARAHCROWNMilano, New York

The booth is a collaboration between The Flat-Massimo Carasi (Milan) and SARAHCROWN New York as the result of a proficous and continuous collaboration started more then one year ago.

The Flat is a contemporary art gallery, founded in Milan in 2002 in an apartment on the fifth floor of a historic building in the Porta Romana area.  At The Flat, domestic life of the Gallerists and art shows used to cohabited. Since 2008 the gallery has moved to a more comfortable and proper space of 250 square meters in the Porta Venezia area, which allows it to realize more ambitious projects. The gallery supports primarily emerging artists and also established ones that use a wide range of media and explore different fields including science and technology.   Represented artists include Hiva Alizadeh (Iran, 1989), Matthew Allen (New Zealand, 1986), Michael Bevilacqua (USA, 1966), Paolo Cavinato (Italy -1975), Inma Femenia (Espana, 1985), Michael Johansson (SE , 1975), Michelangelo Penso (Italy, 1964), Sali Muller (Luxemburg, 1981) and Leonardo Ulian (Italy, 1974)
