Since 1932, ACA Galleries (American Contemporary Art Gallery) has been at the vanguard of American Art. As one of the oldest galleries in America, its pioneering interest in progressive art was established early on by introducing the work of Giorgio Cavallon, Stuart Davis, Aaron Douglas, Philip Evergood, Rockwell Kent, Alice Neel, Barnett Newman, Irene Rice Pereira, David Smith, Theodoros Stamos and Charles White, among other now world-renowned artists.
The gallery's scope includes early 20th century, modern and contemporary art. Today, ACA Galleries continues to break new ground by supporting young artists while representing established artists and distinguished estates. Several exhibitions per year are presented that honor the gallery’s deep historical roots by re-imagining them in a contemporary context.
