Dallas Art Fair exhibitors will receive a 5% discount off all published American Airlines fares, applicable to all cabins.
Please call the AA Meeting Services Desk at 1.800.433.1790 for reservations and ticketing (service fee applies) or, booking can be completed at no additional charge via the American Airlines web site at www.aa.com.
Use the Dallas Art Fair Discount Code “Promotion Code”: 1820AF by either phone or web site.
There will be a separate ticketing fee of $20.00 USD for tickets purchased via the phone, or $30.00 USD for tickets purchased at the airport. There is no additional ticketing fee for reservations made via the American Airlines web site at www aa.com. Your discount amount will be in green at the bottom of your reservation once you select your desired outbound and inbound flights. The 5% discount is applied to the base fare however, it is not applied to taxes, fees and fuel surcharges.
There is a discount travel window of 3 days before and 3 days after the actual meeting dates – eligible flights are from February 1, 2010 – February 10, 2010.
After the ticket is purchased, but at least 48 hours prior to outbound flight departure date, the name may be changed for a service fee of $150.
