Dallas Art Fair exhibitors will receive a 5% discount off all published American Airlines fares, applicable to all cabins.
Please call the AA Meeting Services Desk at 1.800.433.1790 for reservations and ticketing (service fee applies) or, booking can be completed at no additional charge via the American Airlines web site at www.aa.com.
Use the Dallas Art Fair “Promotion Code”: 4242BV by either phone or web site.
Discount is valid April 10 - 18, 2012.
There will be a separate ticketing fee of $25.00 USD for tickets purchased via the phone, or $30.00 USD for tickets purchased at the airport. There is no additional ticketing fee for reservations made via the American Airlines web site at www aa.com. Your discount amount will be in green at the bottom of your reservation once you select your desired outbound and inbound flights. The 5% discount is applied to the base fare however, it is not applied to taxes, fees and fuel surcharges.
After the ticket is purchased, but at least 48 hours prior to outbound flight departure date, the name may be changed for a service fee of $150.
