ARTS DISTRICT

The Dallas Arts District is over 68 acres and is comprised of many world-renowned performing and visual arts organizations and some of our city’s most significant cultural landmarks. The Arts District is home to The Annette Strauss Artist Square, the Belo Mansion/Dallas Bar Association, Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, Dallas Black Dance Theatre, Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Dallas Theater Center/Arts District Theater, Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center, Nasher Sculpture Center, the Trammell & Margaret Crow Collection of Asian Art, the Fashion Industry Gallery and now the Dallas Art Fair.

Public ArtWalk Dallas! is a free, 3.3 mile, self-guided art walk promoting a healthy lifestyle through increased awareness and appreciation of the 30 public art and architecture pieces in downtown Dallas.

In addition, many organizations frequently perform in the District including concerts, outdoor festivals, lectures, youth education programs and more.
